Your journey begins the moment you contact us. A designated Relationship Manager will be assigned to your project, serving as your point of contact throughout the process. This ensures consistent communication and a personalized touch.
We take the time to understand your needs, preferences, and the specifics of your waterfront property. This stage is critical for setting the groundwork for a dock that perfectly complements your lifestyle and landscape.
Leveraging our experienced design team and cutting-edge technology, we create detailed 3D renditions of your proposed dock. Our design process allows you to visualize the end product, ensuring every detail is to your satisfaction before moving forward.
To begin the design process, a starting $2,500 fee is required. This fee is a testament to the seriousness of our clients and contributes to the final cost of the project. It also secures your spot among the exclusive 40 projects we undertake annually.
We have three packages to choose from, depending on your needs:
- Classic - reliable and practical, for those seeking a budget-friendly dock option
- Gold - upgraded for enhanced enjoyment and functionality, for those who will use their dock frequently
- Platinum - for the most discerning waterfront residents, this package is the pinnacle of luxury
Navigating the complexities of permits can be daunting, but our expert Permit Manager will handle all aspects of compliance and approval. We manage the entire permitting process, ensuring your dock adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations.
With permits secured, our highly skilled carpenters and technicians bring your vision to life. We use only the highest quality materials and proven techniques to construct docks that are both beautiful and durable.
Once your dock is built, our commitment to you continues. We offer a structural warranty—five years for floating docks and ten years for fixed docks—with guaranteed maintenance service. We build the product, and we maintain it for life, ensuring it remains in top condition for years to come.
