Not ours! We’ve acquired marine grade porcelain tile designed with traction in mind. The wetter it gets, the better it grips!
If your design has a fun deck, yes, you will need railings. If your design is one “floor”, no, railings are optional. Our team ensures we meet all building codes.
Our building process is relatively quick once we have permits.
The permitting process can be stringent and the longest part of your project, but we need to do things right! Permits can take 60-120 days.
