Dock pricing can vary depending on framing type, decking material and any options selected. However, we work within any budget for our clients.
We offer wood framed docks and steel frame docks.
We offer PVC decking and porcelain tile.
Not ours! We’ve acquired marine grade porcelain tile designed with traction in mind. The wetter it gets, the better it grips!
If your design has a fun deck, yes, you will need railings. If your design is one “floor”, no, railings are optional. Our team ensures we meet all building codes.
Our building process is relatively quick once we have permits.
The permitting process can be stringent and the longest part of your project, but we need to do things right! Permits can take 60-120 days.
Once you give us a call, a Relationship Manager will contact you to gather all necessary information and go over the entire process of your project.
